Senior Achievement Award: Academic Excellence

Lionel Torres ’23

Lionel has been a student at MHS since fourth grade. He is a member of the Spartan Marching Band and Color Guard, serves on the M.OL.D. committee, and is involved in the Tap Dance class. Lionel also co-founded the crochet club that now boasts more than 100 members.

Lionel serves as the student-body vice president of the Student Government Association and helps to facilitate SGA’s executive branch team. He hopes to attend the University of Pennsylvania to study science, technology, and society with the goal of becoming a physician who specializes in infectious diseases.
