Young Graduate Summer Housing
Milton Hershey School partners with Lebanon Valley College to provide a space for young MHS graduates to live during the summer months. This helps graduates pursue jobs and internships in the Hershey area and ensures that graduates have a place to live when their schools’ dormitories close for the summer.
Summer Housing Overview
Residents in the Summer Housing program receive a stipend to cover the cost of their meals, and access to dorm and available LVC facilities. Alumni are eligible to apply for housing through their fifth summer after graduating from MHS.
Summer Housing Requirements
Housing is not guaranteed and space is limited. Applications are reviewed by a Housing Committee and decisions are based on priority need. Employment is a prerequisite of the program and graduates must maintain employment throughout the summer. Residents pay a subsidized rental fee and must provide a security deposit prior to move-in.
