2025 Milton S. Hershey Visionary Award

Visionary Award Nomination Form

Please complete the form to nominate a student.

The Milton S. Hershey Visionary Award was founded in 1995 by MHS alumnus, Maurice Sanko '45. He created the award to honor the Hershey's vision by identifying, recognizing, and rewarding those students who exemplify the character traits valued by Milton and Catherine Hershey. Winners receive a $100 cash prize and a trophy. Students grades 4-11 are eligible to win the award one time in each division.

A student's nomination must be supported by both the student's houseparents and a member of scholastic staff. However, only one application needs to be submitted per student.
