Milton Hershey School looks forward to inducting you into the Spartan Hall of Fame during Homecoming 2024. 

To prepare for the event, we kindly request your assistance with completing the form below that includes providing us with guest counts, reviewing your athletic or VPA achievements, submitting acceptance remarks, and providing 1-3 photos from your time at MHS.
